Platform Terms and Acceptance

Accessing or using ThabitGrowth through its website, application or related digital services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. Browsing the platform, creating an account or using any feature is considered use of the service.

Content & Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, media and other materials available through ThabitGrowth are owned by ThabitGrowth or used under authorization. Unless expressly permitted, platform content may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed or commercially reused. Users must also respect the intellectual-property rights of third parties.

Subscriptions

ThabitGrowth services operate through prepaid subscription plans, which may include monthly, quarterly and annual terms. Once activated, subscriptions are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be paused or canceled before expiration. ThabitGrowth may revise its service terms when necessary. Service Disclaimer and User Responsibility

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. ThabitGrowth does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete security or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, ThabitGrowth is not responsible for losses associated with service interruptions, technical failures, unauthorized access, external content or decisions made by users. Users are responsible for their own activity and must ensure that their use of ThabitGrowth complies with applicable laws and regulations in their location.

Indemnification and General Provisions

Users agree to protect and hold harmless ThabitGrowth, its affiliates, representatives and associated parties against claims, losses, damages, expenses and applicable legal costs arising from use or misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws or infringement of third-party rights. Users agree to provide reasonable cooperation in related proceedings. These obligations may continue after termination of access. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or modified as necessary without affecting the remaining Terms. Failure to enforce a provision does not prevent enforcement in the future.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute, concern or disagreement arises in connection with these Terms or the use of ThabitGrowth, the parties should first make reasonable efforts to resolve it through direct communication and in good faith. Where informal resolution is not possible, the dispute may be submitted to confidential arbitration under the applicable ICC ADR Rules. Proceedings will be conducted in English before one arbitrator in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, unless another venue is mutually agreed. The arbitrator’s determination will be binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Security and Registration Accuracy

Users are responsible for protecting their accounts and keeping authentication information confidential. Suspected account compromise or unauthorized activity should be reported to ThabitGrowth without undue delay. Information submitted to ThabitGrowth must be truthful, complete and reasonably current. Anyone creating or managing an account for a company or other legal entity confirms that they have the necessary authority to represent it and accept these Terms on its behalf.

Complaints and Support

Questions, complaints, concerns or requests relating to the platform may be submitted to Support@ThabitGrowth.com. ThabitGrowth will assess submitted matters and take appropriate action in accordance with its internal procedures and applicable requirements.
